how do i convert flv file to vob (DVD) without shorting duration?

ok so im using any video converter to convert my flv files. i have a
flv movie with a duration of 1:44:00 but ever single time i convert it
to vob(DVD) it shortens it to 11:33. why does it that? and how can i
stop it from doing it?
